Returns & Refund Policy

Effective date: 22 September 2025

At MOB Movement we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

1.1 As a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

1.2 To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@mobmovement.co within the 14-day period.

1.3 After informing us, you must return the products within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Returns

2.1 Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened sachets or boxes cannot be returned.

2.3 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

3.2 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3.3 Original shipping costs (if charged) are not refunded, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting info@mobmovement.co.

4.2 Returns of subscription orders are subject to the same conditions as above (unopened and within 14 days).

4.3 Payments already collected will not be refunded once your order has been processed, unless you return the products in line with this policy.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

5.1 If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact info@mobmovement.co within 7 days of receipt.

5.2 We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
