Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our webshop www.mobmovement.co. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Applicability

1.1 These Terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement between MOB Movement (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the consumer (“you”).

1.2 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Products

2.1 Our webshop offers electrolyte sachets and related products. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately.

2.2 Minor deviations in packaging or appearance may occur and do not affect the validity of the contract.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are in euros (€), including VAT, and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept iDEAL, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

3.3 For subscriptions, payments will be charged automatically at the interval you select (e.g. monthly).

4. Orders & Contracts

4.1 An agreement is concluded once you place an order through our webshop and we confirm it by email.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse an order (e.g. in case of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).

5. Subscriptions

5.1 If you purchase on subscription, you authorize us to charge the recurring payment method you provided.

5.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page or by contacting us at info@mobmovement.co.

5.3 Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle; payments already collected will not be refunded once your order is processed.

5.4 We may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. You will be informed and may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 We deliver within the Netherlands and other EU countries as indicated on our website.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not entitle you to compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

6.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

7.1 As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving reasons.

7.2 To exercise this right, notify us by email at info@mobmovement.co.

7.3 You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

7.4 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened sachets or boxes cannot be returned.

7.5 We will refund your payment (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days after receiving your returned products. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Returns & Refunds for Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription products follow the same withdrawal rules as above.

8.2 You may cancel a subscription at any time, but returns are only accepted for unopened products in accordance with Article 7.

9. Warranty & Liability

9.1 We guarantee that our products comply with the agreement, specifications listed, and normal standards of usability.

9.2 If a product is defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the defective product at no extra cost.

9.3 Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, unless otherwise required by Dutch law.

10. Personal Data

10.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 Dutch law applies to these Terms and to all agreements between you and us.

11.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Amendments

12.1 We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
