Shipping & Delivery

At MOB Movement, we aim to deliver your electrolytes quickly and reliably. This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for all webshop orders.

1. Shipping Areas

1.1 We currently deliver within the Netherlands and selected EU countries as listed at checkout.

1.2 If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@mobmovement.co for assistance.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

2.2 Standard delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days.

2.3 EU delivery times vary by destination, usually between 3–7 business days.

2.4 These timeframes are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3.2 Free shipping over €50 is destination-specific. For some regions we are able to offer this, while in others shipping costs are significantly higher and a different threshold may apply. Details are shown clearly at checkout.

3.3 From time to time, we may offer free or reduced shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Tracking

4.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).

5. Non-Delivery & Delays

5.1 If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact info@mobmovement.co.

5.2 We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we will always assist in locating delayed or lost packages.

6. Risk of Loss

6.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
